1. 我们收集哪些数据

EnglishSpellPad 仅在你的 iPad/iPhone 设备本地存储以下学习数据：

我们不收集：姓名、邮箱（除非你主动联系我们）、位置、设备标识符、IP 地址、Cookies、广告标识符（IDFA）。

2. 第三方 SDK 与网络请求

本 App 不集成任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK。

App 在以下情况会发起网络请求：

• 无 —— App 运行时不发起任何网络请求。

所有功能（包括 6,379 个英语单词、6 大拼读规律、48 个 IPA 音标、11 个成就系统）均已打包在 App 内，完全离线运行。

3. 数据使用方式

• 所有数据仅用于在你自己的设备上展示学习进度和个性化内容。
• 我们无法访问你的学习数据（因为它在你的设备本地）。
• 我们不出售、出租或共享你的任何数据给第三方。

4. 音频权限

App 使用 iOS AVSpeechSynthesizer 朗读英文单词和例句（用于学习发音）。

此功能不需要用户授权，不会访问麦克风或录制任何音频。

5. 儿童隐私（COPPA / 中国儿童信息保护）

本 App 面向所有年龄段，不专门针对 13 岁以下儿童，也不故意收集儿童个人信息。

如你是家长，发现孩子在未告知的情况下使用了 App，请联系下方邮箱协助清理数据。

6. 你的权利与数据控制

由于数据全部存储在设备本地，你完全掌控你的数据：

• 查看数据：打开 App → 工具区 → "单词统计" sheet
• 删除学习数据：卸载 App（删除沙盒）或 App 内 Settings → 重置（未来功能）
• 导出数据：联系下方邮箱请求导出
• 问题咨询：随时联系下方邮箱

7. 数据保留与删除

• App 数据保留到你卸载 App 或主动重置为止。
• 卸载 App = iOS 自动清空沙盒目录，所有本地数据立即删除。
• 我们没有服务器端存储，因此无法保留任何用户数据。

8. 安全措施

• iOS 沙盒机制隔离 App 数据，其他 App 无法访问。
• 所有数据存储在设备本地，无网络传输 = 无中间人攻击风险。
• 无登录系统、无云同步，无账号泄露风险。

9. 政策更新

本政策可能随 App 更新而修订。重大变更会通过 App 内通知。

4. Audio Permissions

The app uses iOS AVSpeechSynthesizer to read English words and example sentences aloud (for pronunciation learning).

This feature does not require user permission and does not access the microphone or record any audio.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This app is suitable for all ages and is not specifically targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your Rights and Data Control

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data:

• View data: Open app → Tools → "Word Stats" sheet
• Delete learning data: Uninstall the app (removes sandbox) or in-app reset (future feature)
• Export data: Contact us at the email below
• Questions: Contact us anytime at the email below

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• App data is retained until you uninstall the app or manually reset.
• Uninstalling the app = iOS automatically clears the sandbox — all local data is immediately deleted.
• We have no server-side storage, so we cannot retain any user data.

8. Security Measures

• iOS sandbox isolates app data — other apps cannot access it.
• All data is stored locally — no network transmission = no man-in-the-middle risk.
• No login system, no cloud sync — no account leak risk.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be revised as the app updates. Material changes will be announced via in-app notifications.
